1. Data categories & retention windows
Retention is set per category. Unless a longer period is required by law, a legal hold, or an active certification’s evidence chain, the following windows apply:

2. Deletion on request
You can delete individual artifacts and workspaces from the platform at any time. To request deletion of your entire account and associated personal data, email [email protected]. We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days across primary systems, with backups aging out on the rolling schedule above.
Deletion is subject to the carve-outs below: records we are legally required to retain (billing/tax), data under an active legal hold, and the integrity records behind any seal you have already published. Where we cannot delete, we tell you which category applies and when it expires.
3. Published certification seals
A seal is a public, verifiable claim. Once you publish a certification verification, its evidence chain and signed verdict are retained for at least the window above so that anyone holding the seal can continue to verify it. You may revoke a published seal — revocation is itself a recorded, verifiable event — but the underlying evidence is not silently erased, because that would defeat the purpose of a trustless record.
4. Export & portability
Before or during the post-cancellation re-download window you can export your workspaces, build outputs, receipts, and evidence packages in open formats. Request a full export at [email protected]. We do not hold your work hostage: cancellation does not immediately destroy your outputs — you get the stated window to retrieve them.
5. What happens after cancellation
On cancellation, active processing stops immediately and your subscription entitlements end. Submitted work and outputs remain retrievable for 30 days, then are scheduled for deletion except for the statutory, legal-hold, and published-seal-integrity categories above.
